Marketing Manager will set and guide the strategy for all communications, websites, public
relations. social media, and collateral. This individual serves as the communications partner
on a variety of strategic initiatives. including that for Rooms. Events and Outlets.

Ideal position for a candidate to speak in several European languages ( German /
French / Dutch / English
Must have strong ties in the European Union Tourism Industry
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and the strategic planning process and
experience in managing agency partnerships, media relations, brand management.
and digital analytics required.
Experience working with luxury brands is highly regarded
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
without direct suoervision is essential
Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic
collateral including, e-newsletters, brochures. advertising and promotional messaging
and all websites
Webpage maintenance, ensure that new and consistent information is posted
regularly, all information is updated. and images are refreshed
Manage Social media strategy, messaging, track and measure the level of
engagement within the network over time
Develop promotions and partnerships to meet the marketing and revenue objectives
for the company.
Must be independent, self-motivated and extremely energetic
Excellent written. verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
Ability to present and engage with large groups
First Aid / Valid Driver’s License

General Management Couple required in the Limpopo province






  • Ensure a healthy, productive and motivated management team and workforce through good leadership and management practices in line with Company and labour best practice and policy.


  • Sustained focus on conservation management for both fauna and flora including active alien plant removal, culling, rescuing, relocating or euthanizing animals when necessary.


  • Ensure well-maintained facilities and infrastructure, such as buildings, roads, water, electricity, swimming pools, workshop, parking areas, airstrip, picnic sites, hides, staff facilities, the supervision of new infrastructure projects and proactive environmental housekeeping across the Reserve.


  • Confirm that Users houses are serviced and maintained at the required standard, and that maintenance, building and/or renovation projects are  carefully monitored so as to ensure compliance and standards are maintained according to the Use Agreement and Building Regulations.


  • Strong User interface, regular User communication, strong hospitality/service orientation and the implementation and/or enforcement of policy, practice, procedure and regulation according to the Use Agreement and accompanying Regulations.


  • Development of a clear strategy and plan to support the upliftment of neighbouring communities.


  • Efficient and effective administration services in respect of employees, Users, suppliers and other third parties.


  • Ensure that operating expenses are tightly controlled as well as maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the finances and the accounting system.


  • Awareness of and compliance with external laws/regulations governing operations on the Reserve, including compliance with Nature Reserve/Associated Private Nature Reserves/Great Limpopo Conservation Area requirements and appropriate engagement on regional affairs.


  • Develop strategic relationships within the Nature Reserve, governmental, municipal and wildlife organisations, including immediate neighbours and key communities.


  • Maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of security operations.


  • Ensure that projects are delivered according to plan and specification, on time and within budget, including but not necessarily limited to preserving trophy trees; dehorning the rhino population; infrastructure and facility maintenance and upgrades.




  • Qualifications:


  • Some Tertiary education preferred but not essential; and/or


  • Conservation related certification/diploma/degree; and/or


  • Hospitality certification/diploma/degree; and/or


  • Business Management certification/diploma/degree; and/or


  • Advanced    Weapons    Handling/Professional    Hunter    certification    and experience
