Job Functions



Travel / Tourism


•Ideally a couple who is capable of working under pressure with the ability to identify
and focus on priorities.
•High performance team players with passion, energy and exemplary track record.
•Leadership skills including skills transfer, motivating, mentoring and capacity building.
•A proven track record of successful Safari and Lodge experience, preferably in a
senior supervisory position will be advantageous.
•Willing to work in a high demand service environment in order to deliver short-notice
requests from guests, staff and management; this challenging role demands being
on call around the clock, seven days a week, regardless of weekends and Public
•Professional, resourceful, responsible, smart and independent – with a natural
instinct to be a wonderful sociable host.
•Valid driver’s licenses.
•A keen understanding of the ethos of bush life, with a plainly apparent respect and
compassion for conservation.
•Tertiary education, specifically in a business orientation will be advantageous.
•5 years’ experience in the tourism industry will be advantageous.
•Business level fluency in English, fluency in indigenous languages will be
•Financial and administrative skills and experience will be advantageous


•A relevant tertiary qualification pertinent to either management or hospitality.
•A minimum of 5 years management experience.
•Proven record of outstanding staff relations.
•Proven experience in excelling within experience based tourism business.
•Familiar with the strategy, vision, blueprint and values of the company and the 4 Cs.
•Proven leadership skills
•Business level fluency in English
•Computer literate ( Microsoft word, Excel & PowerPoint)
•Valid driver’s license
