The individual must possess the following attributes:

  • Grade 12 senior certificate
  • Drivers licence A MUST HAVE
  • Opera & Micros knowledge A MUST HAVE
  • Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft)
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Be responsible and dependable

  • 2 years experience in a similar role

  • Work some weekends & late hours if need be

 DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

  • Creating Quotations (Opera)
  • Communication with GUESTS as well as Quotation follow-ups via email and Telephone
  • Following up on deposits, balances and master accounts owed
  • Making bookings on Opera (accommodation, conferences etc.)
  • Booking activities (Golf, Spa & Activities)
  • Finalizing Agenda’s, Rooming Lists and Payments
  • Internal Communication with departments (F&B, Reception, Housekeeping, Pro Shop, Spa etc.)
  • Tele-Sales
  • Reports (Movement Report, Master Account Feedback Report etc.)
  • Finalizing Agenda’s, Rooming Lists and Payments
  • Daily procedures in the office & daily checklists
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Working with PCO”s, STO”s, Corporate Companies and Suppliers
  • Complete resume with supporting documents (certificates, diplomas, reference letters, copy of ID, etc.)
  • Motivational letter stating why you believe you are the perfect candidate.

Basic Salary: R 10 000.00 per month
Sliding scale – commission payable on target reached
Quarterly Commission structure
One cooked meal per day
Live-in position ( single )

Please note that the Company will contribute 7.5% towards the SACCAWU Provident Fund and a 50% on the lowest scheme of Umvuzu Medical Aid.
