Salary R 8000
Duties:
Oversee Maintenance Team
Reporting to General Managers & Group Maintenance Manager
Ensure that job cards are completed
Ensure that all tasks are complete according to the schedule set out by the GM’s and MM
Ensure that the entire team work according to the snag list as set the GM’s
Must be able to work with the team – a hands on supervisor
2 years experience in a similar position & experience in supervising a team
Plumbing and Electrical experience would be an advantage
Drives licence & reliable transport
Excellent Communication skills – especially in English, spoken & written
Microsoft Office Knowledge
