Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for a brand new lodge opening in the Lapalala Wilderness reserve , Limpopo (closest town is Vaalwater 45km)

Lodge has 5 rooms (1 is a family room) sleeps 12 people.

Please note should couples apply they must be able to fulfill one of the rolls available not in the same departments, regrettably no children nor pets.

Accommodation is not ideal for couples but will be comfortable enough.

All positions are on 3 weeks on and 1 week off leave cycle with 21 annual leave days, can be flexible.

Live in with meals

Provident fund (6.5% vs 7%); medical aid (50%) – discovery only, uniforms

To start beginning to Mid May.

1 * Head guide (minimum level 2)-Salary – R12 – R15000

Social media, news letters, game drives, bush walks, hosting.

MUST HAVE-Full trails with experience and rifle proficiency (own rifle will be an advantage), PDP, DEAT

1 * Assistant Head guide-Salary – R10 000– R12000

Social media, news letters, game drives, bush walks, hosting.

MUST HAVE Full trails with experience and rifle proficiency, PDP, DEAT

1*Head Chef- Salary – R20000 – R28000 neg.

1 * Sous Chef-Salary R15-R18 000

1*Spa therapist-Salary R7500 – R8500 plus 10% commission

Also to host and help in lodge when not busy, Deep tissue, body scrub, facials, manicures and Pedicures

3 * Housekeepers-Salary – starting at R5000 pm that will double up as scullery (unfortunately accommodation will be shared).

Specific Job Description
As a Food and Beverage Manager your role is to assist in managing the operation of the food and beverage production and service.
