Duties:

Room orientation for guests upon check in

Room checks – ensure that all rooms are set up correctly before guest check in

Ensure that the entire Manor House is set up according to standard at all times

Handle all guest queries & requests

Ensure that all guests requests are prepared for

Stock control & Stock takes

Stock reports

Variance reports

Point of sale system

Host guests

3 years hospitality or bush lodge experience essential, with a back ground in F&B and Customer Service

Drives licence & reliable transport

Excellent Communication skills – especially in English, spoken & written

Microsoft Office Knowledge

Point of Sale Knowledge – Powertill would be preferred

Using Res Request (experience not essential however they should have knowledge/experience of at least one other hotel management software system)
