Duties and Experience
Senior Chef De Partie:
*Must be able to run a shift and kitchen in the absence of Head Chef/Sous Chef
*3 years’ experience in a similar role – Bush Lodge environment
*Place supplier orders, Stock Take
*Maintain quality/standards
*Training and Managing of junior staff

Guide:
*FGASA Level 2
*Full Trails
*DEAT registered
*5 Star Bush Lodge experience
*3 years in a similar role
*Strong people skills – guest interaction & staff relations
