Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for a Duty manager for a Stunning hotel in Plettenburg Bay
The candidate must have at least 4- 5 years of 5 star hotel experience with a strong F and B skills
· Work well under pressure and be able to run the shift without supervision
· Contactable and reputable references
· Single position with live in accommodation, meals on duty, monthly gratuities
· Strong work ethic and no party politics while working well within a team
· Computer literate with Microsoft Office is a must. Experience in Protel or similar front of house programme highly advantageous
· Drivers Licence
· Excellent Guest liaison skills as shifts will include supervision of am and pm shifts
