Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client, a 5* luxury lodge based in the Easter Cape close to Port Elizabeth for an Assistant Lodge Manager to join their team
Salary R 13 000
Food is not catered for, and no company benefits are included
15 working days Annual Leave and work cycles of 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Support lodge management in daily operations
• Assist with guest experience, staff supervision, and logistics
• Ensure smooth service delivery during peak periods
Minimum Requirements
• Hospitality management experience
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, family-focused environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
