🌿 Concession General Manager – Botswana
We’re looking for a highly experienced and driven Concession General Manager to oversee a luxury safari concession in a remote location in Botswana.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational management, ensuring exceptional standards across multiple camps.
You will be based in town, with an expectation to spend significant time in the bush, working closely with on-site teams.
Key focus areas include:
• Oversight of multiple camp operations
• Leadership, mentorship & staff development
• Guest experience and service excellence
• Financial management & budget control
• Asset care, maintenance & operational planning
• Environmental, sustainability & community initiatives
We’re looking for a strong leader with extensive lodge or safari experience, excellent people skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining world-class hospitality standards.
