Cedar Wood Recruitment is now recruiting for our client, a luxury 5 -star self-catering lodge situated in Mjejane Game Reserve for a Game Ranger/Lodge Manager Couple
This is a permanent live in position (not suitable for children or pets)
We are looking for multiskilled MANAGEMENT COUPLE who are passionate about the hospitality industry, possess strong
leadership skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment to take over the management of the lodge.
About position
Duties and responsibilities:
Her:
Guest services
• Coordinating guest check ins and outs efficiently
• Fostering a welcoming and friendly environment ensuring guests are comfortable during
their stay
• Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by tending to guest concerns and complaints
Lodge:
• Ensuring a high level of standards are always kept
• Arranging relieve housekeeps when needed
• Managing of housekeeper and housekeeping duties
Administration
• Completing and sending month end reports
• Submitting salaries for payment each month
• Ordering and management of stock, consumables and lodge assets
Him:
• FGASA level 1 full time guide
• Daily game drives
• Hosting and welcoming guests
• Management of gardens, maintenance and general lodge upkeep

Work cycle 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off, but candidates should be flexible with their leave cycle
