Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relief Management Couple to oversee operations at a premier 5-star property. This role requires individuals who are self-sufficient, possess strong leadership qualities, and can deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Requirements for the Couple:

Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in 4 or 5-star hospitality properties.

Logistics: Must possess own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.

Team Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team, including scheduling and task delegation.

Problem-Solving: Exceptional creative and “out-of-the-box” thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to unforeseen circumstances.

Autonomy: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

Guest Engagement: Outgoing and engaging personalities are essential for interacting with and entertaining guests.

Individual Responsibilities:

For Him:

Guiding Qualifications: FGASA Level 1 is required, with Level 2 being a distinct advantage. All guiding qualifications must be current and up-to-date.

Specialized Skills: Any Trail Qualification will be highly beneficial.

Safety: First Aid Level 1 certification is mandatory.

Maintenance: Possess general maintenance skills and knowledge for property upkeep.

Hosting: Strong hosting abilities to ensure guest satisfaction.

Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

For Her:

Guest Relations: Excellent hosting skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Operational Knowledge: PAN knowledge is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.

Administrative Support: Basic administrative skills are necessary.

Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Package & Benefits:

Salary: Market related

Accommodation: Provided.

Food Allowance: A monthly allowance provided by the company.

Work Schedule: A balanced rotation of 6 weeks on duty followed by 2 weeks off.

Annual Leave: 21 days of paid annual leave.

Uniform: Provided.

Provident Fund: Available after a 3-month probation period.
