We are now recruiting for our client, a small intimate lodge based in Northwest for a Reservations/Admin candidate
This is a remote work from home position
- The candidate must have reservation and accounting skills and experience
- Live out position (Work from home)
- Preferably living on Joburg or Pretoria
- All necessary office equipment will be supplied (laptop, cell phone, printer etc.)
- Will be required to travel to the lodge as and when required
- Salary – R20 000 – R25 000
Duties
BOOKINGS
– Answer all enquiries without delay
– Making of booking:
– Nightsbridge . ** You need to have knowledge of NightsBridge / Basic Patel / excel / word / Booking.com / Agoda and Expedia
– Continue and build on the good relationships that we have with existing travel agents
MARKETING
– Rate Sheets
– Marketing Reports
– Update all listings when needed
Finances
– Sound accounting knowledge
– Invoicing and invoice reconciliation
– Corelate bank statements
– Work closely with our accounting firm
– Budget set up and management
– General administrative work
