We are looking for a Assistant Lodge Management couple or Assistant Lodge Manager Individual to join a Luxury Lodge based in Mpumalanga
The candidates can be either a couple or 2 individuals that are strong in the following:
- Guest interaction
- 5* service
- Lead from the front
- Manage personnel effectively
- Food & Beverage
- Admin / Planning / Organising / Stock Control
Their main role will be running F&B, supporting the Lodge Managers with Admin and planning and then relieving the Lodge Managers when they are off duty / on leave.
Basic salary per individual – R18,000 + benefits (pension / medical aid)
