Assistant Lodge Manager – Live‑In Position Salary: R15,000 per month
🌿 Assistant Lodge Manager North West
We are seeking a professional, detail‑driven Assistant Lodge Manager to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a live‑in role suited to someone with strong hospitality expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage staff and lodge functions when required.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Hosting and engaging with guests throughout their stay
- Managing check‑ins and check‑outs
- Stock control and placing orders across departments
- Working closely with the Lodge Manager on daily operations
- Conducting thorough room checks before guest arrivals
- Overseeing staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Managing the lodge in the absence of the Lodge Manager
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Formal qualification in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4/5‑star lodge
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Strong staff management ability
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Computer literate
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
🏡 Position Details
- Live‑in role
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
- No pets allowed
- Uniform provided
- Meals included while on duty
- Reports directly to the General Manager

R15,000 per month
