We are seeking an energetic, highly organised, guest-focused Front of House Manager to join our luxury safari lodge in Hoedspruit

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all Front of House operations
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
* Train, mentor, and motivate the hospitality team
* Implement and maintain service standards and procedures
* Manage guest communications and special requests
* Coordinate closely with housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams
* Ensure presentation standards throughout the property
* Assist with special events, celebrations, and guest activities
* Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service delivery
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess, Purser, Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Boutique Hotel Manager, or similar luxury hospitality role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent command of English
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
* Experience in staff training and service excellence
* Valid driver’s licence advantageous
