• Salary: R 9,000 per month

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position and environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Welcome and host guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay
• Oversee daily lodge operations in collaboration with department heads
• Ensure smooth communication between guest services, kitchen, and activities teams
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
• Support front office with check-ins, reservations, and administration
• Assist with event coordination for guest activities and special occasions
• Maintain lodge standards in service, safety, and hospitality
